Deliver the presentations to the technical staff at least 1 hour before the presentation.

The official language of the congress is English! Presentations MUST BE in English and the lecturers will choose the language in which they will speak.

The deadline for applying presentations is DECEMBER 1, 2024!

The deadline for sending abstracts is FEBRUARY 1, 2025!!! (abstract form with a maximum of 500 words).

All lecturers will have the costs of access to the Congress, accommodation (three nights) as well as social events (welcome cocktail, gala dinner) paid.
